Rates

Initial Intake Assessment (50-60 minutes): $160

Individual Counseling (45-50 minutes): $130

Prolonged Exposure Sessions (90 minutes): $195*

EMDR Sessions (90 minutes): $195*

Clarity Counseling Services values personal development and understands the financial burden of higher education.  We offer a 20% discount to college students while attending school.  Please make us aware that you are in college to receive this discount.

*EMDR and Prolonged Exposure can be provided at Individual Counseling rate for 45-50 minute sessions.

Insurance

We accept the following insurances.  Please call us or email us to confirm whether or not we accept your current plan.

We also accept the following employee assistance programs (EAP).  Clients should reach out to their company’s HR/Benefits department directly to confirm their eligibility for EAP benefits.

For out-of-network, the client is responsible for payment at the time of service.  We are able to provide a receipt of services for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.  Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. To assist you in using your out-of-network benefits for potential reimbursement for therapy, we have partnered with Mentaya (click link to learn more).

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards (including HSA/FSA cards) as forms of payment.  Payment is due at the time of session.  All clients are required to have a credit card on file for potential payment/late cancellation fees.  Virtual sessions will be charged at the end of session.

If we accept your insurance and a copay or deductible is required, you will receive statements through Headway or your specific EAP provider.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to cancel your service at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged the late cancellation/no show rate of $60.
