Hi, I'm Shaina.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and encouraged to grow. I specialize in working with older teens and adults who may be navigating mood-related challenges, emotional ups and downs, or significant life transitions. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more in control of your emotions, and more confident in how you move through life.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I bring a background in community mental health and case management, which allows me to support clients with a wide range of needs and experiences. I have also co-founded and led a structured, skills-based group for adolescents focusing on helping teens manage emotional intensity and navigate relationships more effectively.

My approach focuses on building practical skills that support emotional awareness, emotion regulation, and mindfulness, while also making space for your unique experiences and story. I am both structured and collaborative—helping you identify clear goals while also meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, realistic changes using tools that you can carry into your everyday life and create meaningful progress at your pace.

I am an LGBTQIAA+ ally and strive to ensure that every client feels safe, respected, and valued. Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or returning to continue your journey, I’m here to support you with compassion and purpose.
