Providing Telehealth and In Person Counseling

Counseling can seem daunting and overwhelming if you have never experienced it or had a negative experience in the past.  The most important part of counseling is establishing a trusting relationship with your therapist that allows you to feel comfortable, heard, and validated. In therapy (and in life), our clinicians take a strengths-based, growth stance. We truly believe you are doing your best AND you have room to grow. Our place in the therapy room is to take the journey with you.  Life is full of ups and downs.  It is certain to send you through thunderstorms, torrential downpours, and sunny days. The one constant we have to rely on is change. But change can be scary for many of us. Let us help you navigate through it, using the strengths you have, and learning new skills to help you decide which paths to take. You are in charge, we are the tour guides, giving you information and different perspectives to consider along the way.
