Navigating life transitions can feel overwhelming—especially when they’re unexpected, emotional, or deeply personal. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in helping adults adjust to life’s biggest changes with compassion, clarity, and care.

Whether you’re transitioning from college into the “real world,” adjusting to a new role as a caregiver, coping with a significant health diagnosis, or grieving the loss of a loved one, I work alongside my clients to process what’s happened and create a path forward. My approach is goal-oriented and solution-focused, providing practical support and meaningful direction while holding space with empathy and honesty.

With a professional background in hospice and palliative care, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through serious illness, end-of-life decisions, and caregiving challenges. I’ve supported clients of all ages as they adapt to changes in health, function, identity, and relationships—helping them feel seen, supported, and empowered during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Clients often describe me as direct yet compassionate. I believe in being honest while offering support that’s grounded, respectful, and empowering. You don’t have to face these transitions alone. Together, we’ll create space for healing and growth—one step at a time.
