**Accepting New Clients**

Hi, I'm Chris.

I am a licensed associate professional counselor and earned my master's in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College. I tend to take a humanistic and person centered approach to therapy, especially when working with my specialties which include trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, self esteem, college students, and men's mental health.

We live in a world that can feel daunting, confusing and fast paced. There are times where we need the help of others in order to feel heard, grounded, and supported. This is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of true strength and tenacity. This is how we grow and achieve the best versions of ourselves. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loneliness, or stress, you are not alone.

I will take the time to be empathetic, non-judgmental, and truly listen to you. You will be treated in a holistic and integrative manner as I pull methods from DBT, psychodynamic theories, strengths based approaches, and ACT. Treatment will be tailored to your individual needs and goals. Together we can foster clarity, self-acceptance, and lasting change on your path towards healing and inner peace.
