Hi, I'm Tiara.
I'm a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe to show up as your whole self and know that you’ll be met with understanding and care.
I love working with teens and college-aged individuals who are figuring out who they are and where they’re headed. My experience ranges from preschoolers to adults, and I have a soft spot for neurodivergent children and individuals on the autism spectrum. I value diversity, kindness, and authenticity, and I genuinely enjoy learning about what makes each person unique.
As a humanitarian and lifelong learner, I draw inspiration from Dr. John Gottman and use ideas from attachment theory, positive psychology, and trauma-informed care. My work is person-centered and strength-based, and I always try to see the best in others. I bring curiosity, empathy, and a sense of openness to every session so we can explore your story together, find insight, and create space for healing, growth, and joy.
