***Now Accepting New Clients***

Hello, I’m Deborah (pronounced Day-borah),

Though many affectionately call me Day Day. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, major life transitions, and the complex challenges often experienced within faith-based and historically marginalized communities.

I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Your story—shaped by culture, identity, faith, and lived experience—deserves to be honored and deeply heard. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing, personal growth, and greater self-understanding. I also recognize how overwhelming life transitions can be—particularly during high school, college, or graduate school—and I am committed to helping clients navigate these seasons with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I am grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while thoughtfully creating space for clients who wish to integrate spirituality into their therapeutic journey.

My goal is to provide a safe, affirming environment where you feel seen, valued, and empowered. Whether you are navigating emotional distress, identity-related concerns, career changes, spiritual questions, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to offer both clinical expertise and compassionate care.

If you are ready to take the next step toward healing, growth, and self-discovery, I would be honored to support you. I look forward to connecting with you.
