Hi, I'm Andrea!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a Certified Professional Recovery Coach with over 12 years of experience in community mental health, intensive outpatient programs, college counseling, and private practice. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have a special interest in women’s wellness and LGBTQIA+ health.

My approach is warm, compassionate, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, expressive arts, and somatic practices. I especially enjoy working with women as they navigate identity, motherhood, parenting, perimenopause, relationships, and other life transitions.

I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, heart, and spirit—and take a holistic approach that honors each individual's unique experiences, values, and needs. Together, we can build on your existing strengths, deepen self-awareness, and find meaningful ways to navigate life's challenges, foster personal growth, and create a greater sense of balance, purpose, and well-being.
